The Trojan Den would like to thank the hard work of the Salem Luthern Church for raising funds and supplying new shoes to 47 students in our district! This is an amazing gift to the families in need. Raising the funds and taking the time to purchase each pair, and work on returns if they do not fit for students is a large undertaking.
We are so grateful for the community support of the Trojan Den and all that we have been able to provide in its short time. The Salem Luthern Church will also be helping purchase snow boots for students in the coming month. Thank you to the Salem church Bucks for boots fundraiser, Nacny Lorenz and all the church memebrs who were involved in this huge undertaking.

Parkston had a great day today, competing in not one, but TWO competitions. The Trojans took a close 2nd place this morning in Faulkton and then placed 1st at Bon Homme tonight! Keep up the hard work, girls!
Junior class will be having a silent auction during the Fall Festival Friday in the park. Please come and support this amazing group of students. Inflatables are 10$ a wristband to jump. Junior booths are free games, free hay rides. 5-7 p.m
FCCLA Fundraiser: The Parkston FCCLA Chapter is selling Eileen's Cookie Dough ($17 for 3lb container) Trojan Car Decals ($10 for a sheet with 3 designs) and Taylor Car Decals ($5 per decal). The 7-12 Marching Band marched in the Menno Band Day parade today. They were led by drum major Ashlyn Tapio and performed the Fall Out Boy hit "Uma Thurman" arranged by Matt Conaway.

Junior class would like to thank the Parkston Community with Our First Annual Fall Festival in the Park! Friday October 14th 5-7 p.m
Juniors will have fun booths for all the kids from basketball, hot chocolate, face paitning, football throws, hay rides and even a dunk tank.
All is free will donation.
Silent auction of baskets donated by the junior class with all funds raised going to prom and senior year expenses.
Everyone is Welcome! Bring a blanket or chairs and enjoy the evening.

TNT inflatables will have 4 inflatables for different ages for $10 a wristband.

Parkston Volleyball is teaming up with Natural Apothecary for a fundraiser to help pay for team meals, team camps, and travel expenses. Great way to support our Volleyball program and a local business. All orders are due October 24th and products will be delivered before the Thanksgiving break.
